Delivery Information

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Returns and Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods without reason. A refund of all monies excluding postage and packing charges, will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned at your cost. If you are not able to return the goods we can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund. 
  
Please ensure the product has not been used, is returned undamaged in the original packaging with any accessories and any supplied free gifts. 


Damaged Goods
On receipt of your goods from Lightec Autostyle, please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
 
Faulty Goods
If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and inspection. Generally we will exchange or refund the item provided it is 'as new' and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect. You must notify us of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If your goods develop a fault after 28 days and within its 12 months guarantee we will arrange to repair and return or replace the product to you free of charge.
